Subscriptions and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel future renewals at any time through the billing portal in your Owedora account. Your plan remains available until the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment by emailing the support address above. Please include the email address used for your Owedora account so we can find your payment. We’ll review and respond to your request.

Payment questions

If a charge is unclear or you cannot access the billing portal, contact us at the same address before opening a payment dispute. We’ll help you identify the charge and resolve the issue.
